OLGA VILLA
Sustainable Coastal Living

Hadera, Israel

M project, ongoing
Nestled along the scenic coast near Hadera, OLGA Villa is a modern architectural masterpiece that embodies sustainable design while seamlessly integrating into its natural surroundings. The villa, comprising two residential units, draws its concept from the region's sandy cliffs, with Mediterranean influences that blend modernity and tradition.

Surrounded by lush greenery, the villa’s design fosters a strong connection to the landscape, with local flora enhancing its serene environment. A key feature is the boundary wall made from local silicate bricks, providing shade, privacy, and evoking the rugged feel of the nearby cliffs. This not only grounds the villa within its natural setting but also establishes a harmonious dialogue between architecture and landscape.

The villa's layout includes a subterranean level and an inner courtyard with a pool, inspired by traditional Arab homes, where such elements were used to naturally cool the house. Additionally, the green roof enhances sustainability, providing thermal insulation while promoting biodiversity, further reducing the building's environmental footprint.

With OLGA Villa, the integration of natural materials, greenery, and sustainable technologies creates a timeless residence that balances luxury with environmental responsibility. This thoughtful design ensures that the villa remains in harmony with its coastal setting while offering modern comfort.
