The Up The Mountain Path project celebrates the relationship with the local landscape, allowing the experience of Icelandic nature to seamlessly flow in and out of the building. It consist of two harmonious parts constructed mainly out of volcanic ash: a coffee shop with exhibition spaces and a road trip centre, both deftly embedded at the foot of the Hverfjall volcano.
