Currently in progress, the G_31 project focuses on transforming a ground-floor apartment within an old industrial building. We have meticulously planned the lighting, layout, and technical systems to maximize the potential of this unique space. A magical patio connects the apartment to the back Remise, creating a seamless transition between indoors and outdoors.

 

The design incorporates natural materials and a bright color palette, enhancing light reflection and bringing warmth into the space.
