Renovation of 88m² private apartment

In this transformation of an apartment within a former 1920s industrial building, we embraced the spirit of the loft concept—stripping the space down to its raw essence. The design is grounded in the "Four Elements" philosophy: Fire, Wind, Earth, and Air, with each element subtly represented through materials, textures, and spatial flow.

 

We reimagined the layout to balance privacy with an open, airy feel, maximizing the use of natural light and creating functional zones. By incorporating minimalist principles, we created a space that feels expansive yet intentional, honoring the building's industrial heritage while providing a contemporary, livable design.
